Amazing product. Can’t breathe without it. I have my life back because of 8 Heroes. I’ve discontinued use several times but each time my asthma has become debilitating again. Each time I resume use I can breathe properly after 5 days. I take 1/2 tsp twice a day for the first week and then 1/2 tsp daily thereafter. The only mushroom supplement I’ve come across which includes Turkey Tail too. Priceless .
