- 1 tsp of Cordyceps extract
- 1 cup of walnuts
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- handful of wild garlic
- juice ½ lemon
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This recipe is really easy and absolutely bursting with fresh herby flavour, plus the addition of Cordyceps extract just makes it extra special. You can use pesto in many different ways as a sauce on your pasta or as a spread on the bread or in savoury muffins for which we’ll share the recipe with you.
