Vegan yogurt with Reishi mushroom extract
Ingredients:
- Vegan Yogurt (You can use any flavor of yogurt you like)
- 1 teaspoon of Nutri-Fungi Reishi extract
- Pieces of fruit such as mango, pineapple, kiwi, pomegranate, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, or other fresh or frozen seasonal fruit
- Nuts and Seeds such as walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, hulled hemp seeds, or chia seeds
- Granola
- Additional toppings such as toasted coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or cinnamon
- Sweeteners such as coconut or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- First, combine the yogurt and Reishi extract mushroom powder in a small bowl.
- Next, add your desired toppings and sweetener (optional).
- And enjoy!
